Johnny Adame, 21, resident of Phoenix, passed away on June 20, 2010. He was born n Tucson, AZ, on October 14, 1988, was a graduate of Trevor G. Brown High School, attended AAI and worked at Amazon.com. He is survived by his girlfriend, Adriana Chavez and their daughter, Abigail, father, John, mother, Diana, sister, Adriana, brother, David, sister-in-law, Crystal, nephews, Gennario and Marcellino, niece, Brianna and grandparents, Don and Teresa Nelson and Jesus and Sally Adame. Visitation will be held on Monday, June 28, 2010 from 6-8 P.M. at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary 719 N. 27th Avenue in Phoenix. Funeral Services to be held on Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at 12:00 P.M. at Greenwood Memory Lawn Serenity Chapel. Interment will follow at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery.
