Joseph Howard Abraham passed away unexpectedly at home, Monday, the 25th of July 2011. He was born in San Antonio, Texas and graduated from Lanier High School in 1976 as an All-District basketball player. He was preceded in death by his mother, Loraine Abraham. Surviving Joseph is his daughter, Jessica Abraham; his father, David Abraham, Sr.; brothers, Jerry Hagood and wife, Carol Sue, David Abraham, Jr. and wife, Laurie Ann; sister, Debbie Sue Muhle and husband, Guy. Also surviving Joseph are many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. The Recitation of the Rosary will begin at ten o'clock in the morning, Wednesday, the 27th of July at Cook-Walden Funeral Home, 6100 N. Lamar Blvd, Austin. Funeral Services will be conducted at eleven o'clock in the morning Wednesday following the Rosary at Cook-Walden Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
