Mr. Joseph Francis Adamo

June 27, 1923 - August 9, 2010
ADAMO, Joseph - With family by his side on August 9, 2010 at Sunnybrook Veterans Centre, Joseph was reunited with his beloved wife Sarah and parents Josephine and Peter. He will be sadly missed by his loving daughter Anna Marie and his devoted son-in-law Roy Foster, He leaves behind 'The sunshine of his life', his grandchildren Ryan, Jennie and Brianne. Predeceased by his brothers Bill, George, Frank and sister-in-law Ange. He will be missed by his brothers Nick and Brother Philip. He will be affectionately remembered by sisters-in-law Clara and Maureen, his cousin Catherine and many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the many caregivers from West Hill Adult Program, Dr. Charles and the staff from DMH. A special thank you to Dr. Dearing, Janice, Fatima, Alice, Chito and the K3E team. Family and friends are invited to GIFFEN- MACK 'SCARBOROUGH' FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 4115 Lawrence Avenue East, (just west of Kingston Road) West Hill, 416-281-6800, for visitation on Thursday, August 12, 2010 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held in ST. JOSEPH'S HIGHLAND CREEK CATHOLIC CHURCH, 200 Morrish Road, Scarborough at 10 a,m. on Friday, August 13, 2010. Interment Pine Hills Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to West Hill Community Services Adult Program, 4637 Kingston Road, Scarborough, Ontario, M1E 2P8.
