Mr. Bell was a very special person that I have known most of my life. He would tell us stories and talk about all kinds of things. He was always wanting to give us things he no longer needed or couldn't use. We have lost a true loving soul and he will be sorely missed by all that were touched by him. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family at this time.
