Dear Spinelli Family,
I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Joe was such a great guy. I worked with him in the 1960's and early 70's at the old city hall in Long Beach. He was always so kind and fun to be around. Many years after working for the city, I ran into him again; lo and behold we were both realtors! What a nice man he was!
By the way, he always bragged about his kids!

To All the Cousins,
I have many happy memories of both Uncle Joe and Aunt Mary, their quick wit was the best!! We all have our busy lives and families of our own, but it was great to see everyone, if only for a short while. Grandma and Grandpa Dixon created a great family! With love and sympathy for the loss of your Dad.

Dear Spinelli Family:
I worked with Joe for many years at Century 21 A Marketplace during the 1980's. He was such a wonderful man. I have the fondest memories of him. In fact I ran into him at Polly's Pies a few months ago and had such a great chat reminiscing about the good old days! My husband and I send you our deepest sympathy in your loss.

Maureen and I were saddened to hear of Joe's passing. It was a pleasure working with him during his real estate days. We had fun with both he and
Mary over the years. We'll miss you Joe. Craig Smith

Dear Spinelli family,
This is Tom Marchese Jr and my family is saddened to hear this news. We send our warmest regards.
Your fine father worked with my Dad in the Engineering Dept for many years in old City Hall and they were good friends. I visited City Hall a lot after school and your Dad was always the nicest man. And my Dad respected him as a skilled and talented professional.
I also have fond memories of your Dad coming by to visit us when we were young as well. He and my dad would laugh and laugh, discuss City business and our memory is that your Dad was always very kind and nice to us.
He had the biggest, warmest smile and I also remember him helping me learn to throw and catch a baseball when I was very young.
We lost our Dad in 96 and he always had the highest regard for 'My old pal Joe'.
Please trust that you are all in our thoughts and prayers.
Quite Respectfully,
Tom Marchese

My condolence to the family. I saw Joe often and got to see his house and new car. He was always pleasant. God bless you at this time of sorrow.
