Joyce Marie Tingler-Strabala was born March 9, 1942 in Shawnee Oklahoma. She died on September 2, 2012 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was 70 years 5 months 21 days old. Joyce graduated from Midwest City High School and also attended Muscatine Community College and the University of Iowa to obtain her degree in Psychology. She is preceded in death by her parents Fronia E. and Nelson A. Tingler Sr., sister Dorothy Lee Bowen, brother Nelsen A. Tingler Jr., sister Karletta Tingler, sister Mary Dean Vanderburg, and sister Betty Lou Tingler. Joyce is survived by her children Laurie Sackett and husband Jeff, Russell Woodring and wife Rebecca, and her grandchildren Andrea Sackett, Craig Sackett, Andrew Woodring, Kamyra Woodring and Kaitlyn Woodring. Brother Jay Dee Tingler, sister Norma Jean Davis, Sister Dolores June Woodard, brother Donald Wayne Tingler and wife Rita along with many other relatives and friends.
