Joyce Loretta Blair, 76, of Louisville, passed away Saturday, August 7, 2010. She was the owner and president of Southern Pipeline Construction Company and a member of Springdale Community Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Blair; father, John Lindsey; mother, Gradie Johnson; and brothers, Travis and Troy Lindsey.
She is survived by her daughter, Aneisa Blair; and sister, Julaine Lindsey Pollock.
Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon Wednesday at Springdale Community Church, 4601 Springdale Road. Louisville, KY 40241, with interment in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 4-8pm Tuesday at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home, 7410 Westport Road.
