ADAMS, JUANITA "WEDUZ," 86, of Louisville, passed away Saturday, September 18, 2010 at the Masonic Homes of Kentucky.
She had been a former model and a cub scout leader for many years. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Victor R. Adams; a son; William Battle; parents, Clarence and Mary Lucas: grandson, Mark Smith and a brother, Don Lucas.
She is survived by her loving children, daughters, Barbara McClure (Gene) and Judy McLaughlin (Wendell); sons, Edward R. Adams (Mary) and Scott Adams; stepson, Forrest Adams (Janice); sisters, Jean Gumm and Lavern Beatty; 13 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren.
Her Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, September 21, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Chapel, 4400 Bardstown Road with burial to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Monday.
