Services for K. B. Reynolds, 90, of Lufkin, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 9, 2013 in the Oakley-Metcalf Funeral Home Chapel, with Bro. Elton Musick officiating. Interment will follow in the Pollok Cemetery.
Mr. Reynolds was born September 25, 1923 in Pollok, Texas, the son of the late Fannie Jane (Martin) and Daniel Franklin Reynolds. He passed away Sunday, October 6, 2013 at his residence.
Mr. Reynolds was retired from the Lufkin Paper Mill, following more than 37 years of service as an oiler. He served his country with the United States Navy during World War II, serving on the USS Portunes.
Survivors include his wife, Jimmie Reynolds; 3 children; 3 stepchildren, Judy Cook and husband Richard, Jan Phillips and Danny Brown; special granddaughter, Hannah Negrete; great-grandson, Cadyn Negrete; great-granddaughter, Hayli Negrete; 7 other grandchildren; 8 other great-grandchildren; and special friend, Steve Hannah.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Reynolds was preceded in death by his first wife, Jo Dunn Reynolds; brother, Jake Reynolds; and sister, Ara Stephens.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until service time at Oakley-Metcalf Funeral Home.
