Kathryn Gray Adams Holland, "Katie", 80 of Jacksonville NC (formerly of Uniontown, PA), passed away early Friday morning at Liberty Commons Assisted Living. She was a loving wife, mother, and homemaker who always had a smile for everyone. Kathryn was a long time member of First Christian Church of Jacksonville where she served in the Diaconate, Sunday school, and choir and then later was a loyal member of First Christian Church of Richlands.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years Kenneth B. Holland of Jacksonville, daughters Deborah Holland Ciullo (Frank) of Raleigh, Barbara Suzanne Holland of Wilmington, son Kenneth B. Holland, Jr. (Julie) of Lexington Park, MD, her grandchildren Adam and Sara Ciullo, and her sister in law Eunice Adams of High Springs, FL.
A memorial service will be held for Kathryn at First Christian Church of Richlands on Tuesday at 10:00 AM with Dr. Gary Edens and Rev. Eddie Phenix officiating. A graveside committal will follow the service at Coastal Carolina Veteran's Cemetery at 12:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association of NC or the First Christian Church of Richlands building fund in her memory.
