Keith C. Pingle, age 70, of Haslett died January, 4, 2013. Keith was born June 10, 1942 in Lansing, Michigan; the son Charles Wesley and Vivian Irene (Pease) Pingle. Keith served with the Army National Guard for 6 years and was retired from General Motors after 30 years of service. He also spent much time clearing lots for subdivisions and cutting firewood. Always fond of nature, Keith was known to love fishing, plants and flowers… he even started his own greenhouse. He is survived by his wife, Mary; 2 step-daughters; 5 step-sons; 16 step-grandchildren; brothers Ronald (Linda) Pingle and Larry Pingle: and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held Friday, January 11, 2013 at Noon at the Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 1730 E. Grand River Ave., East Lansing, MI. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 2-4pm and 6-8pm and one hour prior to the service. Those desiring may make contributions to the American Cancer Society, 1755 Abbey Rd., East Lansing, MI 48823 in memory of Keith.
