Kenneth Frank Arthur, 60, of Alma, AR, died Monday, October 10, 2011 in a local hospital. He was born November 22, 1950 in Portland, OR and served in the Navy.
He is survived by two daughters, Melissa Green of Hartly, DE and Charleen McDowell of Rockwell, TX; his companion, Peggy Minshull of the home; a sister, Nita Romine of Austin, AR; two brothers, Robert Loren Arthur of Garner, AR and Ricki Lee Arthur of Sparta, MO; four grandchildren, Justin Logan Green, Marcus McDowell II, Chase McDowell, and Seth McDowell.
He will be cremated under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home in Van Buren, AR.
