Kevin grew up in and attended school in Visalia. He graduated from Mt Whitney High School.
Kevin loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting, fishing, four wheeling and riding motorcycles with his family and friends. Kevin had an adventurous nature and a contagious personality that left an everlasting impression on all that knew him.
Kevin was a Christian and he loved the Lord with his heart and soul. Kevin was also very patriotic and loved his country.
He had a great sense of humor and all his friends have countless stories of the many experiences and adventures they had with him.
He earned the nicknames "Catfish Hunter" and "Ford Buddy" and prided himself as being a "Die Hard Ford Man."
Kevin was preceded in death by his mother, Rhonda Sue Smith, his grandparents William Chester Smith and Aneta Laura Smith.
He is survived by his brother, Kerry Smith. Kevin also has family and many friends who love him and miss him dearly.
Memorial services will be held Friday, May 17th 2013 at 1:00 PM at the Visalia Cemetery Out Door Pavilion with a graveside service to follow. A celebration of life will immediately follow at the Miller Memorial Chapel reception hall.
