Linda Connevey Howerin was born in San Diego, California on January 11, 1953. She passed away in Cypress, Texas on January 2, 2013. She is preceded in death by her father, Jim Connevey, mother, Carol Connevey, and brother, Richard Connevey.
She will be greatly missed by her husband of 32 years, Charlie Howerin; son, Cliffton and his wife Charla; sons, Allan and Ryan; Granddaughters, Emma and Danica; brother, Paul Connevey and his wife Sherri; brother, Earle Connevey and his wife Jody; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
She was a graduate of Texas Tech University and was dedicated to the numerous lives she touched throughout her teaching career. She retired from teaching in 2012 from Cypress Fairbanks ISD.
Visitation will be from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm Sunday, January 6, 2013 with funeral service immediately following at Brookside Funeral Home - Cypress Creek.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations in honor of Linda be made to Susan G. Komen for the Cure or the American Cancer Society.
