Linda Turnbull Sims, age 63, of Winder, GA, passed away on Saturday, December 1, 2012. She worked as a secretary for Kuppenheimer. Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Lucille Hamilton Turnbull. She is survived by her husband, Cleve Nedham Sims of Winder; a son, Chris (Renee) Montgomery of Winder; a stepdaughter, Renee (David) Brown of Madison, GA; a stepson, Micah Sims of Winder; a brother, Harold Turnbull of Winder; three grandchildren, Christy Montgomery, Alex Brown, and Garrett Brown; and a great-grandson, Liam Montgomery. A visitation was held Sunday, December 2, 2012 from 6-9 PM at Smith Funeral Home, Winder. The funeral service will be held on Monday, December 3, 2012 at 2:00 PM, Smith Funeral Home with Reverend Johnny Wright officiating. An entombment will follow the service at Barrow Memorial Gardens, Winder. Smith Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
