ARLINGTON -- Lois Jane Anderson, born June 26, 1935, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 20, 2013, after a brief, but valiant, struggle with cancer.
Service: A memorial will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 29, at First United Methodist Church of Arlington, located at 313 N. Center St., Arlington 76011.

Jane was born in Marion, Ohio, to Margaret and Malcolm Larkin. She was the eldest of five children (two brothers and three sisters). Jane received her bachelor of science degree from Ohio State University in home economics and taught at Pleasant High School in Marion before starting her family, relocating to Scottsdale, Ariz., in 1977 and ultimately settling in Arlington in 1983. Her quiet devotion to family and friends endeared her to many, and she will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack R. Anderson; parents, Malcolm and Margaret Larkin; sisters, Ann Walston and Linda Larkin; brothers, Stanley and Thomas Larkin.
Survivors: Son, David Bills and wife, Martha, of Scottsdale; daughters, Debbie Sterba and husband, Rile, of Arlington and Rebecca Duval and husband, Patrick, of Arlington; son, Gregory Bills and wife, Cheryl, of Arlington; grandchildren, Patrick John Duval, Andrew Abelsen, Taylor Bills and Alexander Sterba.
