Mabel Anna (Foreman) Copsey

MABEL ANNA COPSEY, 85, of Harlan, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 5, 2010, as a result of an automobile accident on Bull Rapids Road near Harlan. She was born on Dec. 22, 1924, in Paulding, Ohio. She was a homemaker and member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church and Chatter Club. Surviving are her daughters, Donna (David) Biltz of Fort Wayne, Babara (Jim) Kjendalen of Hudson, Ind., Rose (Jim) Ehle of Angola, and Joyce (Chad) Schnelker of Waterloo; 12 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray, in 2005; son, Harry Copsey, in 2009; and brother, John Foreman. Funeral service is 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 9, 2010, at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Harlan, with calling one hour prior. The Rev. Amy Beitelschees-Albers officiating. Calling also from 1 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 8, 2010, at Hockemeyer Funeral Home, Harlan. Burial in Lehman Cemetery, Payne, Ohio. Preferred memorials to the church.
