Magdalene A. Giese, 89, of Fort Wayne passed away Thursday, February 07, 2013. She was born on July 26, 1923 to the late John and Magdalene (Dongulia) Rucoi. Surviving family include her children, Andrea (Bruce) Dale, Susan (Steven) Lash, Larry Giese, and Mark (Kathy) Giese; daughter-in-law, Kathy Somers; 7 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren; sister, Virginia Bradley. She was also preceded in passing by her husband, Richard L. Giese; son, Terry Giese; grandson, Lance Corporal Joseph Ryan Giese; and six siblings. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 am on Monday, February 11, 2013 at St. Therese Catholic Church, 2304 Lower Huntington Road, Fort Wayne with visitation one hour prior. Burial will be in Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Parkview Hospice.
