Dallas – Margaret A. Beavers, 76, passed away March 18, 2014 at CMC Lincoln.
A native of Bristol, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late James and Frances Lilly and wife of the late Frank Albert Beavers.
Margaret was a member of Dallas Church of God.
She is survived by her son, Frank Beavers Jr. and companion Jade Muller; daughters, Brenda Wilkes and husband Robert, Debbie Burton and husband Billy; sisters, Patricia Coffey and husband Collin, Edith Turi; brother, Edmund Lilly and wife Betty; 6 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 2pm Friday in the Colonial Chapel of Carothers Funeral Home with Pastor Danny Shortridge officiating.
Burial will be at Armstrong Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Dallas Church of God, 311 S College St, Dallas, NC 28034

Margaret did my mother's hair for years. Right up to the month before Mom passed away. Margaret was always a kind, caring and compassionate person. Mom considered her a very special friend and she was indeed. She will be missed by many. Prayers for the family!

Margaret was my beautician until she left Ranlo.She was the only one that could cut my hair like I wanted it cut.I loved Margaret and she was the best of friends.Lean on Jesus for strength and comfort during this time of bereavement.
