LAPICO, Maria Teresa - Passed away peacefully in her 102nd year, with her loving family at her side, on Saturday, February 16, 2013. Loving wife of the late Nicola Lapico. Beloved mother of the late Michael Lapico (late wife Maureen Anne) and his wife Rebecca Lapico of Windsor, Domenica Rodi & her husband Nick of Kitchener, Rocco Lapico & his wife Marie of Windsor, the late Josephine Maria Leclerc & her husband Danny of Sault Ste. Marie, Linda Maeumbaed & her husband Peter of Sault Ste. Marie, the late Bruno, Antoinette and Rosa Lapico of Cimina, Italy. Beloved Nonna of 12 and Great Nonna of 14. Dear sister of the late Rosina Mammone. Our mother & Nonna was a kind, loving, generous and strong woman. Maria's courageous attitude and determination was an inspiration to us. Maria was more than a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister, she was a friend and she will be dearly missed by her family.
