Marian L. Brown, 93, of Camp Hill, passed away peacefully Thursday, December 13, 2012 at The Bridges @ Bent Creek, Mechanicsburg.
She was born January 25, 1919 in Harrisburg; she was the daughter of the late Wilburn and Mary Elizabeth (Emmery) Brubaker.
She was a graduate of William Penn High School, Class of 1937 and a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Shiremanstown.
Surviving is her beloved husband of 70 years, Roger Wm. Brown Sr.; her son, Roger W. Brown Jr., wife, Helen, of Camp Hill; her daughter, Debra L. Shevenock, husband, David, of Marysville; 4 grandchildren, William Frederick Brown, Tammy Brown-Noll, (Doug), Laura Mikkelson, (Nick), and Tiffany Finton, (Ed Lamb); and 6 great-grandchildren.
A viewing will be held at 10:00 AM and the Funeral Service at 11:00 AM Monday, December 17, 2012 in the Neill Funeral Home, 3501 Derry St., Harrisburg. The Rev. Michael L. Seifried, her pastor officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 1019 Mumma Rd., Wormleysburg, PA 17043.
