Marilyn M. "Tiny" Altimore, age 76 of Perry Township is celebrating with the Lord.
She was born May 8, 1936 in Canton, Ohio to the late Fred and Vera (Laird) Meek. Marilyn enjoyed a career in Real Estate of more than 40 years beginning with her mother's agency, Smead Realty. She was a member of Whipple Heights Christian Missionary Alliance where she was active in their children's ministry.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her father, James Smead; and sister, Alyce Elaine Yoder. She is survived by her husband, Wilbur Altimore; children, Rebecca (Ronnie) Estep of Perry Twp., Danny (Joni) Altimore of Carrollton and Barbara (Daniel) Thewes of Perry Twp.; six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; sisters, Carolyn Kreger and Suzanne Schumacher; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday in the Karlo-Libby Funeral Home with Pastor Taylor Williams officiating. Interment in Sunset Hills Burial Park. Friends may call 6-8pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
