MARIO GEREMIA, age 87 passed away on February 9, 2013 in Massapequa, New York. Beloved husband of the late Evelyn of 29 years of marriage. Loving father of Paul, Michael, and Jerilynn. Cherished grandfather of Michael, Matthew, Brandon, Kevin, Brittany Darren and Andrew. Adored great grandfather of Jaybin, Camden, and Paisley. Fond brother of Phil, Danny, and Frank. Mario was a United State Veteran in the United States Navy during World War II. Mario is a retired employee from Grumman. The hobby's he loved to do was work on crossword puzzles. A fan of the Yankees, Giants and the Knicks. "Dad was an active Jehovah's Witness. He loved to help people service Jehovah. He loved Jehovah very much. - I never knew anyone who didn't love him".

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of James Funeral Home, 540 Broadway, Massapequa, New York.

Mario's visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 from 2:00 to 4:30 and 7:00 to 9:30 p.m.~
Religious Service will be held also on Wednesday, at 8:00 p.m. in the Chapel ~
Family and friends are welcome to the James Funeral Home on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. before leaving for the interment at Long Island National Cemetery at 11:00 a.m.
