Marion Tommie Albritton, age 88, of Jackson, died Wednesday, February 1, 2012 in Ridgeland. Funeral services are scheduled for 12 Noon Friday, February 3, 2012 in the chapel of Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home on Highland Colony Parkway in Ridgeland. The visitation will from 11:00 AM until the service at 12:00 Noon. The interment will be in Parkway Memorial Cemetery.
Mrs. Albritton was a lifelong resident of Jackson and a member of First Baptist Church of Jackson and a former member of First Christian Church.
Mrs. Albritton was preceded in death by her parents Thomas and Lela Gibson. She is survived by her husband of 67 years Glenn L. Albritton of Jackson; her son and his wife Lawson and Marcia Albritton of Germantown, TN and her daughter and her husband Alexine and Mike Covington of Jackson, MS; two grandchildren Thomas Covington of Charlotte, NC and Lela Covington of Jackson/Hattiesburg, MS and one great grandchild Addison Covington of Charlotte, NC.
