Marlene Baker, 73, passed away on February 2, 2010. She was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. Marlene truly cherished the St. John's River. Her final years were spent in Fernandina Beach, FL. She is preceded in death by her husband, Earl E. Baker, Sr. She is survived by her sons, Earl E. Baker, Jr. (Sharon) and Mark Baker (Debbie); granddaughter, Jessica Hester, and many loving cousins. The family will greet friends for a visitation on Friday, February 5, 2010 from 6-8 pm at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, February 6, 2010 in the funeral home chapel, with Wayne A. Bailey officiating. Entombment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
