Martha Rose Bolner, age 86, of Chattanooga went home to be with her Lord Tuesday, November 22, 2011. She was born April 19, 1925 in Hartford City, Indiana to the late Harold and Thelma Cline.
Mrs. Bolner was a member of Woodland Park Baptist Church and the Gleaners Bible Fellowship Class.
Her husband, John Alvin Bolner, brother, John Cline, sister, Mary Louise Cline, and granddaughters, Ashley and Amy preceded her in death.
Survivors include her daughters, Sandra (Lyle) Thompson of Chattanooga; Connie (Terry) Brown of Greenville, South Carolina; and Linda Bolner of Chattanooga; brothers, Jim Cline of Portage, Michigan; George Cline of Sun City, Florida; sister, Ruth Bickel of Muncie, Indiana; grandchildren, Kevin, Tammy, Kris, Tom, Bethany, Michael, Brian, Alyssa, and Michelle; 21 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 12:30 p.m. in the East Brainerd Chapel with Dr. Wayne Barber officiating. Burial will follow at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Friday from 10:30 a.m. until the hour of service at Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist, 8214 East Brainerd Road, Chattanooga, Tennessee.
