Mary "Marie" Elizabeth Wambach Ande, 94, of Evansville, passed away Thursday, June 2, 2011 at Deaconess. She was born October 15, 1916 in Evansville, IN.
Marie loved music, singing, going to SWIRCA, bingo and card games.
She is preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, Joseph Bernard Ande; parents, Otto and Anna Wambach; daughter, Janet Haire in 1995.
Marie is survived by son, James Ande of Evansville; son, Ronald Ande of Calhoun, KY; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be 1:00 PM Monday, June 6, 2011 at Alexander West Chapel, with burial in Locust Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Monday at the funeral home.
