Acker, Mary Noël passed peacefully on July 11, 2011 in her 66th year with her family by her side. Beloved daughter of Mary Elizabeth and the late Charles Hayden Streater. Loving sister of Susan Elizabeth LaRosa. Adored sister-in-law of Lorraine Desposito (Joseph). Dear Aunt of Dr. Scott Streater (Andrea), Dr. Samantha Bamber (Dr. Danny). Noël is also survived by her step-children, Sherri Acker and Wendy Nordstrom (Karl) and her step-grandchildren; Madison Bender, Samantha and Benjamin Nordstrom. She was a cherished teacher at Minnesauke School for 33 years and in her retirement devoted her time and energy into helping others through St. Louis de Montfort Outreach Program.
