Our beloved Mother, Mary Louise Amrine went to be with her Lord and Savior January 17th @11:40 AM. Mary was born Mary Louise Stump April 21, 1927 in Marysville, Ohio located in Union County.
She married Robert Louis Amrine from Marysville in August 1942. She leaves behind a large family of seven children: Rebecca Ziegler, Judy (Larry) Gilkerson, Paul (Candi) Amrine, Gregory (Linda) Amrine, Marsha (Richard) Lopez, Robin (Berna) Amrine, John (Saundra) Amrine. She also leaves 25 Grandchildren (1) Mellissa Amrine, who proceeded her in death, 23 Great Grandchildren, (1) Terry Ellinwood, who also proceeds her in death.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband Robert Louis Amrine in 2005. And by her Father George Walter Stump (The first Blacksmith to set the iron rimmed buggy tires in the state of Ohio). Her Mother, Ethel Evelena Stump, Brothers Frank, and Floyd, and Sister Thelma also precede her in death.
She also leaves behind her two loving Sister In-Laws Anna Belvins in Three Forks Montana, and Lucile Hildreth in Marysville, Ohio. Plus many, many other relatives scattered throughout the country.
Mary was a kind and loving person who loved her Lord, Family and Friends more than anything. Once a year, she enjoyed corresponding with her class of 1945 girlfriends back in Ohio. She enjoyed doing lots of oil paintings in her later years. She was really quite good at doing them. She will be extremely missed by all until we meet again.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, January 28, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at Purdy and Kerr with Dawson Funeral Home in Monroe, WA. An inurnment will be held at Novelty Cemetery in Duvall, WA following the service.
