Mary Ann Granger Herriman Antwine
Mrs. Antwine, age 81 of Jackson, passed from this life on Sunday, October 31, 2010 at Regional Hospital of Jackson. Funeral Services for Mrs. Antwine will be held on Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at 10 a.m., at the South Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons, burial will follow at Highland Memorial Gardens. Mary Ann graduated from J. B Young High School in Bemis. She was employed by the J. C. Penny Store in Jackson, where she managed the catalog department until her retirement. Preceding her in death were her parents, J.H. and Nellie Babb Granger of Hardeman County, TN; her first husband, Wilburn Eugene Herriman; one brother, Boyette O. Granger and one sister, Carrie Nell (Patsy) Mainers. She is survived by her husband, William L. (Bill) Antwine; two sons, Johnny Eugene Herriman of Jackson and Kevin Ray Herriman of Tyler, TX; 3 grandchildren, 1 great-grandson; one sister, Opal Buckingham of Bemis; one brother, Lynn Granger of Jackson, and 5 step children. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 2nd from 5 p.m. - 8 p.m., at the South Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons.
