Mary Ann was always a breath of fresh air. I loved talking with her every time we came to visit and all the embroidered dish towels she made for me. She had a spirit of service whether it was in the nursery, ironing for others, washing dishes, making beautiful embroidered dish towels, and all the other things she did because she loved doing it. She always had an interest in us and our children and grandchildren. Her great love in her life was Susan, Van, and Michelle. She was so proud of them. I will greatly miss her.

Know we are thinking of you at this most difficult time and are keeping your family in our prayers. I will miss my dear friend, Mary Ann. She loved her family and talked about you all the time, especially Michelle. She was a spitfire, full of spunk!! I will forever cherish my "Mary Ann" cup towels and appreciate the love she put into embroidering them. They are very special mementos of your Mom and our friendship. Love you all!

Mary Ann a very dedicated and loving caregiver to the infants at St John Lutheran Day Care in Marion. I remember her excitement when she was told by her daughter that she would be a Grandmother. I will always treasure the cross work dish towels and cookbooks she gave as gifts. My heart is saddened but heaven has gained a angel. My prayers to her family during these difficult times.
