ABRAMS, Mathilda (Tillie)
(nee Boldt)
Mathilda died peacefully on November 24, 2010 in Chilliwack. Tillie was born June 4, 1927 in Saskatoon to parents Jacob and Margret Boldt. She was predeceased by brothers, Harry, Dave, and Jake Boldt; and sister, Hilda Friesen; and son-in-law Rudy Bartel. Tillie will be sorely missed by her husband of 62 years, Irvin; her children, Carol Cooper (Marty), Angela Buckingham (Bob), Brenda Bartel and Kenton Abrams; 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; her sister, Martha Schultz; and brothers, Bill Boldt (Annie) and Leonard Boldt (Marge).
A celebration of Tillie's life will be held at Henderson Funeral Home in Chilliwack at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 30, with a reception to follow.
