Matthew Scott Adkins, 21, of Natural Dam, Arkansas, died Thursday, April 1, 2010 in a Fayetteville hospital. He was born June 18, 1988 in Fort Smith, AR. He was a graduate of Cedarville High School.
He is survived by his mother, Pam Adkins of Natural Dam, AR; his father, Eddie Adkins of Natural Dam, AR; two sisters, Becky Woods of Winston, OR; Vicki Voth of Oklahoma City, OK; 7 brothers, Eugene Adkins of Harford, AR, Charles Adkins of Redding, CA, David Adkins of Van Buren, AR, Jamie Jerrell of Fort Smith, AR, Robert Voth of Van Buren, AR, Roy Voth of Van Buren, AR; and Adam Adkins of Fort Smith, AR; maternal grandmother, Doretha Piper of Fort Smith, AR; one niece, Kati; three nephews, Logan, Christain, and Alex.
Graveside service will be 2:00 P.M. Monday, April 5, 2010 at Hall Cemetery in Natural Dam under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Adam Adkins, Roy Voth, Robert Voth, Charlie Shepard, Joey Shepard, and Caleb Jones.
The family will visit with friends from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Saturday, April 3, 2010 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Hwy, Van Buren, AR.
