Maxim Bourque Jr.
Welsh- Maxim Bourque Jr., 82, passed away February 6, 2012 in a local nursing home.
He was the owner of Maxim water well service from 1965-1992 and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Welsh.
He is survived by his sons, Herschel Bourque and wife Lou of Welsh, and Wendell Bourque of Welsh; daughters, Geraldine Benoit and husband, Carl of Lake Charles, Brenda Lashand and husband Larry of LeBleu Settlement, Genny Fontenot and husband Lubert of Welsh; sister, Jeanette Bertrand of Welsh; 12 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son Ronald Bourque.
His funeral will be Tuesday, 2pm, February 7, 2012 at Hixson Funeral Home of Welsh. Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 9am until service time. Words of comfort may be shared with the family at www.hixsonfuneralhomes.com
