Michael Ray Evans was born to Nelson and Winona Evans on Jan 22, 1947. He passed away on Mar 1, 2013 at his home in Oklahoma City.
Michael is survived by his children, Dianne Baker of OKC, Marcus Evans of OKC, and Julie Richards of Kansas City; brothers Carl and Delbert Evans; along with 12 grandchildren; and beloved nephew Paul Evans.
A veteran of the US Army, Michael was a US Postal Worker and active member of the Postal Workers Union. Anyone that came in contact with Michael fell in love with his winning attitude, drive, and vibrant smile. Throughout his life he impacted several lives with his knowledge and integrity.
Michael will be loved and missed by all.
Funeral services will be held at Sunny Lane Funeral Home, Wednesday, March 6 at 10:00 AM, with burial to follow at Sunny Lane Cemetery.
