Milagros Santiago Albano (affectionately known to her family and friends as "Sally"), age 48, of Oxnard, left this earth on Wednesday, April 24, 2013, to be with the Lord in Heaven where there is no more sickness, pain, sorrow, or tears. She had boldly fought against lung cancer for the past eight months. Sally was born May 19, 1964, in the Pangasinan province of the Philippines, to Andres and Carolina Santiago. The family relocated to Ventura County in 1983.

Sally cherished and was very proud of her three children Junalyn, 24, Joe-Richard, 22, and Joanne-Mae, 20. She was a member of Full Life Christian Assembly. The past 18 years she worked as a Lead at California Amplifier in Oxnard where she enjoyed the sincere friendship of her coworkers.
Sally's favorite pastimes included getting together with relatives and friends, dancing, and singing. She would often karaoke with her children, who have inherited her musical gift.
