Minerva (Rosario) Acevedo, age 57, of Brockton and formerly of Fall River, died August 10, 2012. She was the wife of Pablo Acevedo.
Born in Puerto Rico, a daughter of the late Abrio and Leonirde (Gonzalez) Rosario, she immigrated to the US in the late 1980's.
Besides her husband she is survived by her children, Carlos Figueroa, Luis Rosario, Norma Acevedo, Pablo Acevedo Jr., Merari Rivera, Yazmin Davila, Nathanal Acevedo, Manoa Acevedo, Gabriel Acevedo and Eliseo Acevedo; twenty eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren; many brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
Her funeral service will be held Friday, August 17, 2012 at 9:00 AM in the WARING-SULLIVAN Home of Memorial Tribute at Cherry Place, 178 Winter St., Fall River. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery. Visiting hours, Thursday 3:00-8:00 PM.
