Morris C. "Bob" Bailey passed away Thursday, March 18, 2010. He was born January 4, 1923 and was a veteran of WWII.
Morris was a member of VFW Post 213 and Verhovay Club and was a Milton Hershey Alumni. He enjoyed jazz, dancing, sports, gardening and was a talented artist and jokester.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Carrie.
He is survived by his two sons, Steven R. Bailey and his wife, Pamela of Etters and James E. Bailey and his wife, Amy of Dauphin; four daughters, Frances D. DeGroot and her husband, Rik of Monticello, NY, Janice M. Kistler and her husband, Robert of Palmerton, PA, Annette Jacobs and her husband, John of Chambersburg and Lisa Sweger of Rutherford. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, Melissa, Eric, Angela, Erin, Matthew, Christopher, Michael, Caleb, Ashley, Jaimee and Benji and four great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, March 21, 2010 at 7:00PM in the Neill Funeral Home, 3501 Derry Street, Harrisburg with visitation beginning at 5:00PM. Burial will be on Monday, March 22, 2010 at 10:30AM in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
