ALLAN, NORMAN BOYD
Peacefully with his family by his side, at PRHC, on Monday, July 18, 2011 at 93 years of age. Beloved husband of the late Doris (nee Glover) for 51 years. Loving father of Mary (Ken) Blinkhorn, Bob (Marian) Allan and Anne King. Devoted Granddad of Allan, Ryan and Ashleigh Blinkhorn; Katerina and Dylan Allan; Robert, Kaitlynn and Candice King; and great Granddad of Tara King. Norman's family meant the world to him. He took a proud and special interest in the lives of each of his family members. Norman was a lifelong member of St. Andrew's United Church, longtime volunteer of PARD, a lifetime employee of GE, and very much enjoyed farming with his friends in Keene for the thirty odd years since his retirement. We love you Dad, Granddad. Visitation will take place on Thursday, July 21st, 2011 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at COMSTOCK FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge Street. A Memorial Service will be held at 11 am on Friday, July 22nd, 2011 at ST. ANDREW'S UNITED CHURCH, 441 Rubidge Street. Memorial donations may be made to St. Andrew's United Church.
