Passed away on Friday, Dec. 25, 2009 at the age of 75. Loving father of Michael Hayes and Frederick "Ric" (Annie) Tolentino. Proud grandfather of Augustine, Carmina and Mateo Tolentino. Dear brother of Duane "Buzz" (Dawn) Anderson, Gwendelyn (Frank) Schrum and the late Eugene (Sharon) Anderson. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Special friend of Terry Chan. Funeral service, Wed., Dec. 30, 12 noon at the funeral home. Visitation at the funeral home from 10am until the time of service. Interment Arlington Park Cemetery.
