Octavio Azevedo age 59 passed away on May 2, 2012 in St. Petersburg, Florida. Octavio was born on July 5, 1952 in Portugal. He loved his heritage and was the past President of the PACA in 2003. He was an avid hunter and was very patriotic. He is survived by his loving wife Rhonda; sons Jason & Jason; daughter Danielle and 1 Granddaughter; brothers, Manny, Joe, & Larry; sisters, Anna, Maria & Helen all from the New England area. A service of celebration will take place Saturday May 5, at Octavio's home at 12:30.
