Palmira Elda Abronzino, Resident Of Santa Jose, May 28, 1922 - August 21, 2010
Born in Manciano, Arezzo, Italy to Giuseppe and Assunta Agnoletti came to the United States in 1937 to Hartford, CT before moving to San Jose, CA. Her husband Umberto Abronzino preceded her in death. She was a loving mother to daughter Linda and son Aldo, and to granddaughters Brianne (Ben) Blackford, Jennifer (Rob), McCord, Hayley and Rikki Ruyf, and to great-granddaughters Madeline and Raegan Blackford. She is survived by her only brother Leon (Irma) Agnoletti and brother-in-laws Arthur (Margaret) Abronzino and John (Mary) Abronzino and many nieces and nephews.
A member of the Sons of Italy #1542 for over 50 years, she loved to cook and sew and would help her husband with the soccer games at Watson Park.
Friends are invited to attend Funeral Services 1:30 P.M. Friday, August 27, 2010 at Santa Clara Mission Cemetery (St. Clare's Chapel), 490 Lincoln Street, Santa Clara, Ca.
