Patricia Tubbs Adair, age 94, passed into eternity to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on May 11, 2011. Graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 12, 2011
at 1:00 P.M. at Waco Memorial Park with Mr. Foree Grove officiating. Family visitation will be Thursday, May 11, 2011 from 9:00-11:00 A.M. at Connally /Compton Funeral Directors.
Patricia was born on January 25, 1917 to G. L. and Mary Estess Tubbs in Somervell County, Texas. She was a resident of Waco from 1948 until she moved to Bryan in 2006. Patricia married John Garland Adair on November 5, 1946. He preceded her in death on January 13, 1991.
Left behind to cherish her memory is her daughter, Patricia Adair of Bryan; son, John Garland Adair II of Waco; granddaughter, Cheryl Allen and husband, Britt of College Station; great-grandsons, Tyler, Tanner, and Tate Allen of College Station; brothers, Louis Tubbs of Grand Prairie and William Tubbs of Seguin.
