Tom
My prayers are with you and your whole family. This bible verse comes to mind:
"I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day, and not only to me, but to all who have longed for his appearing." 2 Timothy 4:7,8. The best moment of a Christian's life here on earth is their last one, because it is the one that “he or she is nearest to heaven”.

God saw you getting tired, and a cure was not to be, so he put his arms around you and whispered come to me, with tearful eyes we watched you and saw you pass away. Although we love you dearly and will be missed by all. A golden heart had stopped beating and working hands at rest, God broke our hearts to prove to us he only takes the best. Rest Patty no longer in pain.

“Just like a beautiful, long-stemmed Rose. Patricia precious memory grows and grows. Touching the hearts of all those she loved. And like the fragrance of that same Rose, Her love, so sweet, still flows and flows. Filling our lives with warmth that shows she’s there.” May the peace and comfort of God be with your Family. Lyn & I will miss Patty, on this earth, but we also know we will see her again. The last time we saw Patty, was at Jim & Pat's home in Artesia, I think it was 1986. Patty was watching the Dodgers on TV, and still had her baseball uniform on. After that we just sent birthday cards & Christmas cards with a few bucks in them. We always received sweet and sincere thank you cards from Patty. Not all relatives do that, you know! One day she sent us a card saying" Dear Uncle John & Aunt Lyn I'm grown up now so please don't send any more money, the card is enough, Love Patty. The next thing we know she was married & all grown up. We will miss her very much, but at times like this words are just words and do not express true feelings very well. John & Lyn Powers

Blake, We have not stopped thinking and praying for You and Jason since hearing of your horrendous loss. Please remember….
“Those we love don’t go away,
They walk beside us every day,
Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed and very dear.”
Patricia will always be by your side and always there to watch over Jason.
God Bless You and Jason. We Love You Blake!

Patty will be sadly missed by many. She was such a brave young lady with a very positive attitude. It was a pleasure to have been a co-worker of hers throughout her work career. May your family be comforted by one another and by all of Patty's friends.

Tom, I was so saddened to hear Patty had lost her battle with cancer. My heart is breaking for you and your family. I hope you can take comfort in knowing that when she took her last breath on earth, she took her next breath in Heaven - no more pain and fully restored. May the Lord's presence comfort all of you at this time of loss and sorrow.
