Our most heartfelt sympathy to Mike's entire family.
We met Mike because our great-granddaughter, Jade and his grand-daughter, Michaela were BFFs. Gary and Mike spent hours solving the world's problems while the two girls played in the neighborhood park. He was so conversant in a multitude of topics, they never ran out of subjects to discuss. We miss him and know that your pride in his life and accomplishments is well founded. We are so glad we shared his company for a while.
With sincere sympathy,
Gary and Nancy Bradley

It's hard to let you know how great the memories I have of Mike. It starts with us as classmates at San Marino. What great times we had going to school together. We considered ourselves as Seniors the whole 4 years. I am so sorry for your loss, He will always be in my memories of our youth, and as we aged over the years when we would see each other at the reunions. With much love & respect--Midge Dandridge

Mike was a pleasure to know. He and Diane were wonderful grandparents to Michaela and surrogate grandparents to my daughter. Mike was a loving, intelligent and humorous man. He truly loved being with his family, discussing healthcare issues, and finding amusement in life's foibles. Mike and Diane's legacy of love and kindness leave behind large shoes to be filled and examples of what we should all aspire to become.

Mike & his extended McAlister family have been considered part of our extended families and he will be greatly missed by all. First meeting in the early 1940s when my sister & I attend his mother's day care in So. Pasadena. RIP MIKE

Many of the finest qualities noted about Michael McAllister I also see in his sister, Jo, perhaps because of their closeness in childhood. I met Michael only once and only know of him through Jo, so at this sad time, I offer my heart to you all and especially Jo, whom we love so dearly. I pray for peace and joy in your lives.
