Richard Barr Neal was born September 5, 1917 he passed on November 22, 2012. He is survived by his wife Gail Neal, his daughter Martha Neal and son Richard F Neal. No services are scheduled at this time. Cremation will be completed. Richard will be laid to rest at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery at a later date.
