Ralph F. Adams, 72, of Greenwood, AR passed away Monday, June 6, 2011 in a Fort Smith hospital. He was a U. S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War and of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his wife, Betty, of the home; a son, David Lee Oliver of Greenwood; a daughter, Donna Sue Brown Petry of Hot Springs, AR; two brothers, Thomas Adams of Central City, AR and Clyde Adams of Fort Smith; a nephew, Russell Jack Adams of Fort Smith; and four grandchildren, Tiffany Brown, Sebastian Brown Petry, Haley Marie Oliver and Sophie Oliver.
Memorial service will be held at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, June 9, 2011 at the U. S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood.
