Ravon A. Walden, 81, of Auburndale, passed away on November 10, 2012 due to respiratory failure. He was born in Coffee County, AL, on October 22, 1931. He retired after 31 years with Coca-Cola Foods as a safety coordinator. He was a member and greeter at First Church of the Nazarene. He loved woodworking, fishing, traveling, and helping others. His priorities were God, family, and country.
He is survived by his wife, Doris Walden, a daughter, Glenda White, a son Michael Walden, another daughter, Phyllis Parkinson, 7 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and a great-great grandchild.
A visitation will be held on Friday, Nov. 16 from 6 to 8 pm at Ott-Laughlin in Auburndale. Memorial donations can be made to the First Church of the Nazarene Choir.
