Raymond "Ray" Edward Comeaux, 80, passed away on Friday, June 18, 2010 in a local care center.
He was born in Morgan City, LA and resided in Lake Charles. He was of the Methodist Faith and loved to fish. He was a member of the Woodmen of the World and was a participant of Prostate Cancer Research at the National Institute of Health in Bethsada, Maryland.
Survivors include his wife, JoEddy Comeaux; son, Ken Comeaux and wife, Buff, of New Orleans, LA; daughter, Deborah Dixon and husband, Rob of Bailey, CO; grandchildren, Amanda Noland Inzer of Lake Charles, Ashley Comeaux Walker and Bridgette Comeaux of New Orleans, LA. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward George Comeaux and Raven Seymour and a sister, Yvonne Comeaux Miller.
His funeral will be 10 a.m. Monday, June 21, 2010 at Hixson Funeral Home of Moss Bluff. Rev. Ney Vickers will officiate. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 4-9 p.m. Saturday and Monday 8 a.m. til time of service. In observance of Father's Day, there will be no visitation on Sunday.
