Rhonda Denise Crain was born on April 25, 1965 to Pennie and Keith Crain in China Lake, CA. She passed from this life on Sunday, September 30, 2012. She had lived in Alameda, CA, until she was ten years old. At that time the family moved to Hanford, CA. As Rhonda grew up, she attended Hanford Elementary Schools, and graduated from Hanford High in 1983. She married Johnny Crawford and they started their family of three children; Aubree, Shandon, and Thomas. Rhonda cared deeply for her children and enjoyed many years of the children's activities, school days, and the joys of being a mom. Time passed and relationships changed and in 2004, Rhonda married Tyler Stevens. Although the marriage ended, they remained friends. In recent years, Rhonda met Brad Jacobs, and they shared their lives together and made their home along with Brad's son Zane, in Lemoore, CA. Rhonda was an avid horse rider and spent many hours in the country riding her horse, Yankee. She also spent years breeding and raising Labrador puppies, several of which became beloved family pets. She will be remembered for many attributes including, her contagious laughter, and her sense of humor that was apparent wherever she was. Friends will always carry with them thoughts of Rhonda's extremely loving and caring attitude and her non-judgmental demeanor. Above all, Rhonda will be remembered for her endearing love for her children.
She is survived by her children: Aubree Danae Crain, Shandon Denee Crawford and Thomasjohn Dalton Crawford. Her companion: Brad Jacobs. Parents: her father, Keith Crain and her mother, Pennie Crain and Pennie's husband, Jesse Mascorro. Grandparents: Iva and Ricky Baker, and her grandmother Virginia "Gee Gee" Crain. Uncles David Deck and Ted Soja, Uncle Jerry and Aunt Carol Crain, Uncle Dale and Aunt Sherry Crain.

A Visitation will be held on Friday, October 5, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a Funeral Service on Saturday, October 6, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. all at People's Funeral Chapel; 501 N. Douty Street, Hanford, CA 93230 559-584-5591.
